Dear Friends,
As members of the Irish Community, I am sure you agree that our parade is one of the highlights of the Saint Patrick’s Day Season. Our committee is busy preparing for the 52nd Belmar Lake Como St. Patrick’s Day Parade to be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025. This year we will honor Fran Griffin and Matt Lee as Grand Marshals. They were selected for their unwavering commitment to the Irish American community over the years.
We are also remembering one of our dear friends that passed away over the last year. Bob Jenkins was a past Grand Marshal (2011) and committee member of the parade. You could always find Bob organizing and leading the fire trucks in the front of the parade. He is missed greatly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
To ensure that the Belmar Lake Como St. Patrick’s Day Parade tradition continues, we are requesting your help. Once again, this year we will be offering the Commemorative Advertising Journal for sponsorship opportunities. The journal’s success is imperative to the overall financial success of the parade.
The Parade Committee would be grateful if you would consider participating in this year’s Journal. The 2025 Journal will be distributed at our Luncheon that is immediately following the Investiture Mass at St. Rose Church on Saturday, March 1st. The journal can be a great avenue for advertising your business and/or your affiliations to the Irish-American community of the Jersey Shore as w ell as honoring our Grand Marshals or remembering dear friends.
Please fill out the attached form and submit it with payment to the address listed on the form. To ensure your space in the journal, all ads and sponsorships must be received no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
